How do I take part in ‘My promotions’?

1. Subscribe

Subscribe for the promotion you’re interested in.

2. Fulfill the conditions

Click on the ‘To-dos’ tab and discover what you have to do to get your reward. You can click on each to-do.

3. Get your reward

You’ll get your reward in your account once all conditions are fulfilled.

  1. How do I take part in my personal promotions?

You can find all the promotions you can/have taken part in under ‘My promotions’. Keep in mind, though, that to take part in any promotion you need to subscribe by clicking the ‘Subscribe’ button. Then go to the ‘To-dos’ tab to check how to claim your reward. Once there, you can click on each to-do separately to complete the action needed. You’ll receive your reward once you’ve completed them all.

  1. What happens if I unsubscribe from a promotion?

The button ‘Subscribe’ is automatically replaced by a button ‘Unsubscribe’ once you subscribe for a promotion. Click on it to stop receiving information about this promotion. Please keep in mind, though, that you won’t be able to reregister once you’ve unsubscribed. So you won’t be able to take part in this promotion any more.

  1. What does the clock at the top right do?

For each promotion, there is a clock at the top right counting down one of the following things:

  • If you haven’t registered yet: the time that’s left to register;
  • If you have registered: the time that’s left for the promotion to start (‘starts in...’) or the time that’s left for you to complete your to-do’s (‘ends in...’).
     
  1. Where can I find the terms and conditions for each promotion?

You’ll find a short description of every promotion under ‘Info’. Practical instructions on how to claim your reward are under ‘To-dos’. For actual terms and conditions, click on ‘Terms and Conditions’ at the bottom of the ‘Info’ tab.

  1. What’s the difference between ‘My promotions’ and general promotions?

General promotions are offered to and available for everyone (i.e. also for you!), whereas ‘My promotions’ only contains promotions for you or a select group of Napoleon players. Keep in mind, though, that you need to register to take part in those!

  1. Can I subscribe for several promotions at the same time?

Yes, you can subscribe for several promotions at once. Though keep in mind that, if you need to fulfil the same kind of condition for several promotions, you first need to complete the to-do for the promotion you subscribed for first, then the one for the second, and so on.

Example: if you subscribe for promotion A and then for promotion B, and you need to deposit €50 for promotion A and €100 for promotion B, then, if you deposit €100, you will only complete the to-do for promotion A. So the €50 you’ve deposited ‘in excess’ for promotion A won’t count towards the to-do for promotion B, i.e. you will need to deposit another €100 to complete your to-do for promotion B. Also, you can’t deposit €150 in one go to complete both to-do’s for both promotions at once.

  1. What happens if I can’t complete all my to-dos on time?

You must fully complete all to-dos before the end of the promotion they apply to. If you don’t, you’ll lose your progress and won’t qualify for your reward.

  1. How are my promotions displayed?

All your new promotions will be listed at the top, followed by all the promotions you’ve registered for and then any promotions that have ended at the bottom. With the filters at the top of the submenu, you can choose to only display the Online Casino, Live Casino or Sports promotions.

  1. Does my loyalty segment affect ‘My promotions’ too?

The promotions you receive under ‘My promotions’ don’t depend on the loyalty segment you’ve reached.
